WEAI hosted our first International Network to Expand Regional and Collaborative Teaching (INTERACT) meet and greet this Monday, September 30!

The INTERACT postdoctoral fellows are selected by different institutes and centers across Columbia University.  The program focuses on developing global studies in the undergraduate curriculum through a network of postdoctoral scholars focused on cross-regional, trans-regional and interdisciplinary study.

We are excited and proud to be a founding member of the program and honored to host this event for the fellows and staff to enjoy food, wine, and great company! The postdoctoral fellows in attendance were Shi-Yan Chao, Saskia Schäfer, Michael Griffiths (Institute for Comparative, Literature and Society), Sanjay Pinto (The Committee on Global Thought).

Wouldn’t be a proper meet and greet without edibles

A wholly successful meet and greet!
